Our business is part of a franchise … but we wanted if possible to deal with a local builder, who would understand the issues that would arise from being in rural SA … We were very fortunate to have Troy and Michelle Hosking from HOK Homes tender for the work. After speaking to Troy, we had no hesitation in giving him the job, a decision we never regretted.

This was a major construction job, as the shop we rented had to be completely overhauled, from new floor, electrical wiring, all new plumbing, walls, toilets, ceiling, and then all the internal fixtures. He worked around our requirements, and even worked during the night so it didn’t disrupt other adjoining businesses.

Troy is a true professional, with a wonderful attitude and demeanour, we couldn’t have completed this project if not for his assistance and advice, helping us source alternative materials and giving us support whenever needed.
