5% Deposit required to commence works

ON-SITE

BASE STAGE

HOK HOMES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Site Start with set out and excavation where necessary. Under slab drains laid and concrete slab poured
  • Site Supervisor will contact you to organize a site meeting

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIEs

  • Progress payment to be authorized and forwarded to lending institution

FRAME STAGE  

HOK HOMES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Frame erected and roof trusses installed
  • Site Supervisor will contact you to organize a site meeting

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Progress payment to be authorized and forwarded to lending institution

LOCK UP STAGE   

HOK HOMES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Roof cover and brickwork completed, Plumbing installation, all electrical, heating &/or cooling rough ins completed.
  • Site Supervisor will contact you to organize a site meeting

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Progress payment to be authorized and forwarded to lending institution

FIXING STAGE

HOK HOMES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plaster lining installed, Kitchen and Vanities (excluding granite bench tops). Internal fix complete
  • Site Supervisor will contact you to organize a site meeting

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Progress payment to be authorized and forwarded to lending institution

FINAL PAYMENT 

HOK HOMES RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Painting, floor and wall tiling complete. All electrical plumbing and heating fitted off.  Shower screens, mirrors and splash backs installed.  Door furniture, robe rails etc installed
  • Site Supervisor will contact you to organize a site meeting
  • Practical Completion Inspection of your new home is to be undertaken. Settlement is required 7 days thereafter
  • Final settlement details are provided to client

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owner to inspect home with Hok Homes representative
  • Final settlement arranged (Cash or Bank Cheque only accepted)

After Sales Service

When you have been in your new home for 3 months, Troy Hosking Director of Hok Homes will contact you to discuss and attend to any minor adjustments that may have arisen.  This is all part of the ongoing service provided by Hok Homes.
